We launched our Fresher Internship program “SmartStep” in April 2007. This program aims at recruiting B.E , B.Tech and Bsc fresher from electronics and computer science background who are looking out for opportunities in IT industry. Internal training at MindRiver and training at client locations are provided for 2-3 months to groom the candidate to suit the client requirement. Post the training the candidate would be deployed full time at the client location. Stipend and other benefits are provided during this internship program for the candidates.
