Sanjay Prasad is The Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at MindRiver Information Technologies a privately funded IT Services Company Incorporate in April 2003.

Sanjay brings to MindRiver 17+ rich years of experience in sales, marketing management and technical leadership in the high tech industry. He has Cross-functional process and operations experience and track record in developing and monetizing new businesses. Has strong Customer relationship management expertise with focus on solutions and consultative selling with specialized knowledge of high tech and communications technologies. Over the years Sanjay has built strong relationships with leading Telco's & Enterprises and possess strong communication, influence and team leadership skills. Before MindRiver Sanjay was the Vice President & Head - Information Technology & Consulting for WebEx India (Now a Cisco Company) the country’s premier audio and web conferencing company Sanjay has a Graduate Honors degree in Commerce from the Bombay University.

Sanjay has been instrumental in growing MindRiver from a 5 people startup to a 190+ people strong enterprise with revenues in the excess of One Million US Dollars as on March 2007.

Ramalingam Srinivasan (Ram) : Director & Sr.Vice President - Technology & Service Delivery

Ram is a seasoned sucessful Information Technology executive who has managed large, globally distributed, heterogeneous complex business environment for TVS Motor Cycles, leading automobile company in the country and for i2 Technologies, a multinational company who develops software product for High Tech industries globally. He managed a team of offshore resources in Bangalore who manage and deliver IT infrastructure that serves as a bridge between product Research & Development team and Fortune 500 customers. With more than 17 years experience in IT industry, Ram has considerable experience in managing IT infrastructure team for a global company.

He successfully setup data centers for MNC in Bangalore and also has rich experience in IT opertions, Network Operation Center, SOX, Capacity Management, Windows and UNIX strategic Services. he has the ability to understand business complexities, empower people and quickly setup IT team for projects and delivers value to customers with quality. He has the expertise in delivering value to customers by optimizing resources, reduce cost by improving quality of services, and introduce process to meet customer expectations. He has demonstrated how an organization can reduce cost by improving quality of services, and introduce process to meet customer expectations. He has demonstrated how an organization can reduce cost by an innovative thinking.

Prior joining to MindRiver, he was Sr.Manager-Information Systems and Technology at i2 Technologies India Private Limited. Before joining i2, he was Assistant Enginner with TVS Motor Company in Information Systems Department. Ram holds a M.S in Information Systems from BITS, Pilani.

Ram would drive technology initiatives within MindRiver and how it would benefit our clients as well as ensure services delivery of international standards. He would also look at enhancing our IT Services practice and grow new verticals in the high end IT Consulting space.
