Tanuja Randery : Managing Director, Strategy, COLT

Tanuja Randery is Managing Director for COLT’s Benelux business (from October 2006). She also continues to be a member of the COLT Senior Management Team reporting to the CEO of COLT. Prior to taking the Benelux role, Tanuja was Managing Director, Strategy and Business Transformation for COLT, responsible for managing COLT’s strategy development and special projects. She continues in her SMT role to play an active role on COLT Strategic Initiatives.

Tanuja joined COLT in 2004 from EMC Corporation in the United States where she was Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Vice President of Software Operations for EMC's Software Group, a $1.5 billion division. While at EMC she led the development and implementation of the company's information lifecycle management strategy as well as the acquisition and integration of three software companies. She was also responsible for development of EMC’s software and technical services strategy.

Prior to EMC, she was with McKinsey & Company, the US based strategy consulting firm for six years and was elected Associate Partner. At McKinsey Tanuja led many transformation projects with leading high-tech and telecom companies on Go-to-Market (GTM), sales effectiveness and account management, growth strategies and organisational structure.

Tanuja has worked extensively both in India and the U.S. and holds an MBA from Boston University in the U.S. She is married with a young son.
